Management Consultant

Hind comes to Equiturn with a Bachelor's in Finance and Economics and a Master’s in Management from two reputable Canadian universities. She started off her career working in two of the largest banks in Canada, CIBC and Scotiabank, assisting customers with their long term financial planning needs. Later, she was accepted in a competitive leadership rotation program at Canada’s largest insurance company, Sun Life Financial where she worked very closely with upper management to implement technology projects in order to render teams more efficient with their day to day tasks. She later went on to obtain her Green Belt Six Sigma certification after a rigorous training and a year-long lean process improvement project for the company’s operations team. During this year-long endeavor she interviewed team members to better understand their daily processes and how they conduct business, and later met with upper management to propose alternative solutions which she later implemented and documented with the help of 5 other team members. Due to her passion for helping small to midsize businesses grow, she decided to join a technology startup focused on helping universities become more efficient by implementing more modern technology solutions. She successfully helped over 100 universities adopt and implement newer technology solutions to help their students better communicate with their faculty and classmates. This company has now grown and acquired two other similar companies in Europe to expand their reach. During her tenure with this firm, Hind trained university Chief Technology Officers and other staff members on how to best utilize this technology and document their best practices to ensure business continuity for future staff members. Her education along with her extensive 10 year experience working in other various industries has proven to be extremely effective in her role at our firm. At Equiturn, she leads the company's operations team, assisting our clients with their operations, marketing and human resources needs.
