President & Managing Partner

Ron has spent over a decade working in the management field supporting public and private organizations. With a Bachelors of Science in Political Science and International Affairs and a Masters in Management of Public Administration from Florida State University, he has an intricate understanding of corporate structure, government affairs, employee engagement, management, and strategic planning. Ron spent close to 5 years working for StandWithUs, a multi-million dollar education non-profit, managing an international team of over 100 individuals, and raising over $20 million annually in working capital through his expertise in sales, event management, and marketing. He is currently the Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Equiturn Business Solutions, a Fort Lauderdale based Management Consulting and M&A Advisory firm. In his current role, he oversees the operations & management, marketing, and sales departments of Equiturn assisting businesses with their growth strategies, digital marketing, and operational structuring. Working with more than 100 clients over the last few years, Ron has a deep passion and extensive experience in helping businesses reach their goals.
